Bellyful Tauranga started in 2012 and has 30 wonderful volunteers. We deliver from Katikati to Te Puke, and all of Tauranga’s surrounding suburbs

Branch Coordinator
Kia Ora, I am a mother of three children and wife to a very supportive husband. I started volunteering for Bellyful Tauranga in 2023 in the Recipient Coordinator role. During this time, I also started to help with some of the Branch Coordinator administrative tasks. Naturally from there I moved into the Co-Branch Coordinator role when the opportunity arose.
I have always had a passion for helping others in my community. Over the years I have fostered children, served dinners to the homeless and hungry, and volunteered at the amazing Good Neighbour Aotearoa Trust. My other interests are learning Te Reo Māori and swimming at the beach.
Bellyful Tauranga has a group of incredible volunteers who make a huge difference to the lives of whānau in the area. I am grateful for their support and would not be able to do my job without them. I look forward to seeing the branch grow and develop over time.

Bellyful Tauranga is celebrating 10 years of filling bellies across the Bay of Plenty.
“We’re all about nourishing and connecting communities by cooking and delivering free meals to whānau, particularly those with newborn babies or young children, who need support,” says Bellyful Tauranga co-branch coordinator Nikki Reyneke.
